Today i willI Crooisant bread
Ingredients-
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar चीनी
1/2 tsp Salt नमक
Add 1/4 cup oil तेल
3/4 cup Warm milk गुनगुना दूध
2.5 cup all purpose flour मैदा
Method…
Add yeast,sugar ,warm milk in big bowl, mix well and Keep aside for 10 min.
After 10 min ,Sift the Flour & salt, oil into bowl. Mix well ,Knead soft dough.
Cover the bowl with cling film or damp cloth. Allow it rise for 1 hour at room temperature or until it doubles the size.
Remove the  cling film/ plastic wrap. Deflate the dough by punching down lightly. Knead another 2 min. Make a roll and divide them into 10 equal sized portions. Roll and shape to smooth top for each of the portion. Make balls of each. Dust the surface with dry flour. Flattened the balls with roller pin. Repeat the process. Sprinkle some dry flour & Brush some melted butter on each.
Place another one over it. Again flattened with roller. Cut it in triangle shape, make 2″cut and roll it, repeat the same process.
Take baking tray & grease with butter. Transfer all the rolls to a greased baking tray. Cover with tray or plate and allow for a second rise for 20 min. It will depend upon the weather.
Brush the rolls with milk or butter.
Preheat oven to 170°C for 8-10 min, and bake until the top is golden brown.
Remove the rolls from the oven and brush the hot rolls with melted butter. Relax them for 15 min then take out from tray.
Serve them or store up to 3 days in an airtight container.
