I’m using four 4-inch tart pans.

Ingredients:
– 3 egg whites
– Icing sugar 1/2 cup (65g)
– Almond flour 0.9 oz (15g)
– Shredded coconut 0.35 oz (10g) (also a bit for decoration)
– All-purpose flour 0.9 oz (25g)
– Baking powder 1/4 tbsp
– Unsalted butter 2.5 tbsp (35g)
– Raspberries
– Sliced almonds

Try to measure ingredients by weight when possible 🙂
