Everybody can make a bolognaise, but this is my way of making it. Very easy to make, add your personal touch!

How to make?

What you need:
Grounded or minced meat: I chose for beef,porc and veal
Onion
Carrots
Garlic
Bell pepper
Mushrooms
Tomato
Pasata
Salt pepper
Thym
Rosemary
Bay leafs
Red wine
Vegetable stock
(I added ghost chili spice)
Parmigiano
Olive oil

Step by step:
1/ cut all your vegetables, so the hard part is over.

2/ heat up some olive oil in a pot, and start to bake the meat.

3/ in the following order add garlic, onion, carrots and bellpepper. Let it bake a bit, add some spices.
Add diced tomatoes and finish with wine.

4/add pasata (rince your can with water and add it to your sauce) and the stock, use some sugar to cut the bitterness. Add the mushrooms as last.

5/ make sure your sauce already taste nice before simmering.

6/ let it simmer for 1 hour

7/ serve with pasta off course and finish with parmigiano cheese and basil

8/ bon appetito
