Ingredients:

Bread Flour/ High Protein Flour 500 g
Plain Water 345 ml
Olive Oil 20 ml
Salt 7 g
Sugar 12 g
Yeast 10 g

Steps:
1. Place dry ingredients flour, yeast, sugar & salt into a pot & mix well.
2. Stir and slowly add water, do not add all water in one time due to flour dryness…add water until a dough can be formed.
3. Knead dough, slowly add olive oil let dough absorb knead dough about 15 minutes, then cover with cloth or lid….resting for 10 minutes.
4. Knead dough for 5 minutes, place kneaded dough back to the pot & cover with cloth or lid.
5. Let dough proof 1-2 hours unit rise 2 to 3 times of it size.
6.Sprinkle some flour on the worktop, place dough & knead then cut to 4 equal portion.
7. Tap to push out the trapped air prevent large air babble trapped inside & shape the dough.
8. Shaping dough by roll out, roll to fold tightly, seal at the end.
9. Spray some water on top, cover with cloth to keep moisture. Let it proof for 30 minutes or more to the size you want.
10. Use a sissor to cut (makeup) the dough.
11. Preheat oven 230’C for 10 minutes, bake for 30 minutes. Spray some water just before put into oven to keep moisture.
*You may put a cup of water on bottom of oven to keep moisture*
