🌡“Pas Chaud” (Not hot)
Is a cocktail that looks like a New York sour using ingredients of French Mulled wine, commonly called “Vin Chaud” (Hot Wine).

30ml Whisky
30ml Fresh Orange Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
Shake and pour into a glass with ice
Top with Red wine cinnamon reduction
