Direction
1. Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut in lengthwise.
3. Soak in water with ice for 30 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes soak in hot water.
5. After 10 minutes, pat dry.
6. Freeze in fridge for an hour.
7. After an hour ready to fry.
8. Deep fry in boiling oil or 270 degrees (First Fry)
9. After frying cool down.
10. After cooling down, deep fry again golden brown and keep stirring to make it crispy (second fry)
11. Ready to serve with Yummy Dip Sauce
