This was my first attempt at using 2 different cameras at the same time. My editing skills are not the greatest so I did it the hard way. It was a little confusing going back and forth but all in all it came out pretty good. Definitely a difference in picture and sound quality. There’s even a few mistakes / bloopers thrown.

Stuffed French Bread
——————————-
1 loaf of french Bread
1 lb of Ground Beef (I use 80% / 20%)
1/2 cup of Chopped Onion
1/3 cup of Chopped Celery
1 teaspoon of Minced Garlic
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tablespoons of Milk
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
Add Salt and Pepper to taste. ( For me it’s less salt and more pepper 🙂 )
3/4 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 3/4 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese mixed together.
1/2 tablespoon of Chopped Parsley

#1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Slice the french bread in half lengthwise, so you have 2 equal pieces. Scoop out the bread in the center of each piece. Place bread into a large bowl and break into small pieces. Set the 2 halves of bread onto a large baking sheet. (I cut the bread in half and set on 2 baking sheets). Set aside.

#2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain the grease. Add the chopped onion, chopped celery and the minced garlic, stir and cook for a few minutes until onions and celery are tender. Next add the cream of mushroom soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce, add your salt and pepper. Stir and cook for a few minutes until heated.

#3. Carefully add the meat mixture to the bread that is in the bowl. Stir and mix well. Then take the mixture and carefully scoop it into the center of the bottom half of the french bread. Spread it out evenly on both pieces. Then top the mixture with the shredded cheese. Place the top half pieces of french bread on top of each.

#4. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy !!
