THIS BREAD IS SO GOOD AND EASY.Today I’m going to show you my recipe for an easy rustic french loaf bread!
Recipe:
– 1 cup warm water
– 1 tsp yeast
– 1.5 tsp salt
– 1.5 tblsp sugar
– 2.5-3 cups all purpose flour
Directions:
1. Mix 1tsp of sugar, and yeast into the water and set aside to proof for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes combined everything together and knead in stand mixer for 10 minutes or by hand for 20 minutes.
3. After kneading, form into a ball and set aside to proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. After 1 hour form into a 13 inch log then set aside to proof for another 30 minutes or until doug doubles in size.
5. After second proof, bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. it must be golden brown or inside won’t be cooked.
6. Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving & enjoy!
