French fried potatoes or just fries are a type of food made out of potatoes. The potatoes are cut into thin strips and fried in oil.
Frying your fries two times might sound like a lot of work not but it’s not. double fry them to make it light and crispy, that’s what you have to do. Otherwise, they’ll either be crispy but undercooked in the middle or just plain greasy and limp.
