Hey all!
Today’s video is a couple of easy recipes (step by steps) that are pretty healthy and filling to keep you fuller for longer and stopping you from over indulging!
I tried to make Greg Doucette’s anabolic french toast recipe, stay tuned til the end to see what it tastes like! These recipes are great for weight loss due to their filling nature, and high protein! The burritos tend to be something I eat in a day, all day, everyday🤣. Burrito Recipe!

2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander or handful of fresh chopped finely
small pinch of cayenne pepper (more if you want it spicier)
1 tsp dried oregano
500g beef mince
400g can chopped tomatoes if you wish for a richer sauce- I didn’t use these in the video
400g can black beans or kidney beans, with the can water or you can use mixed bean salad
8 flour or corn tortillas
500g cooked rice, any of your choice!

Salad
Sweetcorn
Coriander
Parsley
Red onion
Salad tomatoes
Pinch of cumin
Salt
Pepper to taste
Lemon/lime juice

(MEASUREMENTS Are to your taste!! Add more sweetcorn if you wish, add as much of each ingredient as you feel necessary)
