1.5 Litre water
1 kg Sugar
1 kg Green Grapes
250 grams wheats
5-8 Cardamom (इलाइची)
1- Cinnamon (दालचीनी)
5-8 cloves (लौंग)
50 grams Ginger
For making Yeast
1 glass of water
2 spoon sugar
1 spoon honey
2 spoon maida
1 spoon yogurt (दही)
