Here’s a new version of the infamous Beef Burgundy stew with red wine, prepared by hungry Benoit for tasty French food.

Ingredients:
10oz Beef shoulder for a stew
4 oz butter
2tbsp flour (and not tsp, as shown in the video)
2 medium size onions
1 large sliced carrots
1 bottle red, full bodied #wine (preferably Pinot Noir)
1/2 lbs Lardon (bacon)
8 oz button mushrooms
Seasoning + bouquet garni
