I teamed up with Herve of Herve Cuisine at the Tastemade Studios in LA and in this video we show you how to make chocolate eclairs! Herve makes the eclair/profiterole pate a choux dough, and I make the chocolate pastry cream filling, and FYI Herve is French, so yeah, like you’d expect, the eclairs turned out AMAZING.
