My favorite vineyards and grapes to produce our best Super Tuscan wines.
The vineyards in tuscany have made many steps forward and developments since I was a child.
At the time the vineyards of Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and many others that we have today to produce important wines such as Bartolomeo, Terrestre, Cavaliere, Baldassare, Luxury Collection and Alligator there are not in Tuscany and when someone came from France to find my family and brought wines produced from these grapes it was a great feast for the palate.
Over the years, also in Tuscany we started to cultivate these vineyards and today I would like to show you my Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards which are located in the Montepescini near Siena where the soil is clayey, draining and with stones and where grapes born scented to make great wines.
Look at these beautiful hilly vineyards, where the sun warms the ground and the vines are waking up from the winter, ready to cover themselves with leaves and produce a lot of delicious grapes to be harvested in September – October for the harvest.
