2 medium apples, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 eggs 3 tbsp milk
4-5 bread slices (depending on serving size)
1 tbsp butter or cream cheese(your choice)
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
