We can make french toast ahead of time by slicing bread the night before we cook it.The idea is we want the bread to dry up a little bit so when we dip it in egg mixture breads won’t get too soggy when we cook it. to tell you honestly no one taught me how to do it the best way like this. What i did was i Observed carefully. My best advice is observe and keep an eye every time you cook something. So you will know what you gonna see during the process

The Tips and Tricks in order for you to be Successful on french toast.
1.Slice bread a night before cooking.. It will dried up quickly. Dry bread helps not to over saturate from the egg milk mixture.
2 Slice bread enough thickness. 1 inch thick should be.
3.DO NOT soak bread too long from the mixture.15 seconds each side should be enough.
4. Always use fresh bread, Stale bread will lead to a faiL French toast.Use Sourdough bread as much as possible. Get all the ingredients fresh as well
5.Use Non-stick pan as much as possible. If you don’t have this, use regular pan but make sure to heat pan well and has enough fats in to it. oils help them to crust french toast nicely.
6. Get toppings you preferred. like berries, bananas. avocado, bacons etc.. its your choice..
7 Cook with your HEART. Happy Cooking
This recipe is good for 5-7 Sourdough bread.
You will need
1 cup fresh milk
2 L eggs
1 and half teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Butter syrup or Honey or half cup Brown sugar
*Mix them altogether in a small bowl..We can make this ahead of time
