500 gram chicken boneless breast with bones
250 gram chicken boneless thigh
1 cup OR 200 grams split chickpeas (chana dal)
6-7 garlic pods
2 inch ginger, sliced
1 large, potato (optional)
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander, leaves
2-3 green chilies
2 eggs for coating
4-5 whole red chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp whole spice powder
