The best food is homemade!
The French Crepe Recipe am sharing is very easy to make and a perfect option for breakfast/Brunch in the weekends.
I filled them with Nutella, strawberries, banana, blueberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. They were served with Maple syrup, jam, extra chocolate sauce and whipped cream topped with the strawberries and icing sugar.

CREPES RECIPE

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Milk 300ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Flour 125g
Vanilla Powder 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp + extra for cooking

Instructions:

– In a bowl add 2 eggs, milk, sugar and mix them well.
– Mix Flour and vanilla in another bowl.
– Then add the liquid mixture to flour and whisk to a smooth batter.
– Add melted butter and mix it well, the batter is ready.
– Heat up the medium warm pan and add 1 tsp butter, then add the batter to make a crepe. Cook each side from 1-2 minutes until golden.
– You can use the spatula to flip the crepe carefully.

– Serve with Sugar, Whipped cream, Nutella, Chocolate sauce, Maple Syrup, Jam, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Bananas or your favourite filling.
