Here is a quick home-made French fries recipe that you can toss up in matter of minutes. But you can add in any amount of some ingredients to make it crunchier and more interesting.

French Fries Recipe:-
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4 Member
Course: Veg Starters

Ingredients for: – Schezwan + Mayo Fries :-
• 2 Potatoes
• Ice cold water
• Oil for deep frying
• 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
• Mix Masala (Red chilli powder, Chilli flakes, Black salt & chaat masala according to taste) for Seasoning.

And you add more spices to make different version of peri-peri masala or a different masala.

Ingredients for: – Desi Masala Fries :-
• ½ tbsp Red chilli powder
• ½ tbsp Black Salt
• ½ tbsp chilli flakes
• ¼ tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp Red chilli flakes for seasoning

Cooking Process for: – For Schezwan + Mayo Fries :-
• Take 2 Potatoes cut into batons
• Rinse it with ice cold water and soak
• Pat dry the potatoes
• Deep fry it in oil until crisp and fry again after 5-7 minutes
• Take a bowl add mayonnaise and schezwan sauce, mix well and keep aside.
• Take potato fries & sprinkle some Mix Masala for seasoning and add schezwan sauce & Serve.

Cooking Process for:- For Desi Masala Rries:-
• Take 2 Potatoes cut into batons
• Rinse it with ice cold water and soak
• Pat dry the potatoes
• Deep fry it in oil until crisp and fry again after 5-7 minutes
• Take a box add ½ tbsp each – red chilli powder, black salt , red chilli flakes and chaat masala for seasoning.
• Mix well and serve .
