¦ENGLISH SERVICE |
its refer to as the host service. Because the host plays as important roll or active roll in this service. So food as brought on plater by the waiter and shown to the host for approval. The waiter then placed the plater on the table. And host either portion the plate directly or portion the food and allow the waiter to serve

¦FRENCH SERVICE |
Its a very personalised service. Food is brought from the kitchen is besically on salver which are placed directly on the table. The plates are kept near the dish and guest help themselves so.

¦AMERICAN SERVICE |
Its besically the pre-plated service. Which means that food is serve into the guest plate in the kitchen inself and brought to the guest by the waiter. The portion is pre ditermind by the kitchen and the accompaniment serve with the dish which are balance the entire presentation entern of nutrition and color.

¦SILVER SERVICE |
Its a plater to plate service. Its a technique of transferring food from a service dish to the guest’s starling silver plate from left. Its is performed by a waiter using service forks and spoons from the dinner’s left.
