Norman apple tart!

This is not a very traditional recipe for a Norman tart, because the classic version uses cream, and here we will use only apples!

This tart is very light, incredibly tasty, its base is thin, crispy dough and a lot of caramelized apples!

At the end of the video, according to tradition, my recommendations for selecting wine!

The ingredients are the simplest and easy to find:
130 g butter.
130 g of flour.
50 g of sugar.
Five apples.
Lemon juice.

Cooking the dough:
Sift the flour.
Add cold oil and chop it.
Mix with flour, add a small amount of ice water, collect the dough in a bowl.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Peel the apples and remove the core, cut each half into 4 parts.
Sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice!

Preheat the oven to 250 C.

Chilled dough, quickly roll out on baking paper, sprinkled with flour.
Put in a baking dish, align, tuck the free edge of the dough inward.

Prick the bottom with a fork.
Put apples, sprinkle with sugar.

We send to the oven, reduce the temperature immediately by 200 ° C and bake for 40 minutes!

Enjoy your meal!

By the way, the finished dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for storage and subsequent use!
