Ingredients for Easy Potato french fries:-

potatoes (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് ) – 2 large (വലുത് )
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – as needed (ആവശ്യാനുസരണം )
Oil for frying (പാചക ഓയിൽ )
Black Pepper(കുരുമുളക് പൊടി)

Cooking Method:-(Potato French Fries)

1.Take2 nos. long shaped potato. Try to select potatoes that could be easily peeled
2.Cut the potato into finger length pieces. Soak the potato pieces in water. This will help to remove the starch from the potato and not to change the color to black.
3.Take a pot with water, add bit salt into it, cook the potato wedges, until it cooked upto 75%
4.Strain the water dry the cooked potato pieces by using a tissue paper or a dry cotton cloth.
5.Keep these cooked potato pieces in a fridge freezer for 4-5 hours after putting in a zip lock cover.
6.Take a deep frying pan, once the oil is super hot, get the potato pieces fried until it become crispy and golden in colour .
7.Drain the fries on a paper tissue. Season the fries with pepper powder and salt to taste
