People often ask me if I make strawberry coffee. I do. A few different versions, in fact. In this video, you’ll find a simple brew guide for making a strawberry-infused pourover, along with a little humor.

Strawberry-Infused Chemex Recipe:
Place 4 cut strawberries in a French Press with water in the fridge for 24 hours
Pour the strawberry infused water into your kettle
Heat the water to 210F
Total weights- 21.5g coffee: 325g water
Medium Grind
First pour to 70g
Stir the bloom
At 35 seconds pour to 200g
Give the Chemex a gentle spin to settle the grounds
At 1:45 pour to 325g
Give the Chemex another gentle spin to settle the grounds
At 3:00 lift the filter and set back down
Finishes around 5:00-6:00
