Our Wine Buff April Bloom is tasting the 2011 Mouton Cadet, Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
An elegant wine with a full body and full tannins. Flinty and juicy with notes of toasted wood, red fruits and oregano.
This wine pairs well with:Chicken with Tomato Sauce, Flank Steak, Grilled Meat, Pot au Feu

65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc
