Ingredients:

Stewed apples:
1 kg of apples ( any kind you like)
3 tablespoons of water for the stewed apples

Apple compote:
500 grams of stewed apples
3 tablespoon of sugar
100 ml or more of water(depending on how much natural water come out of the apples)

Apples pockets:
1 roll of pre-made puff pastry
1 tablespoons or more per pocket
for the egg wash: (1 whole egg mixed with 1 tablespoon of water)
