Ingredients.

Clarified Butter/Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
Garlic – 1 Tablespoon, Minced
White Onions – 1 Big, chopped thin
Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon, White pepper can be used (1 teaspoon)
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Oregano – 1/2 Teaspoon
Thyme – 1/2 Teaspoon
Heavy Cream – 1/4 to 1/2 cup, Adjust based on Consistency
Vegetable stock – 1 Cup, Adjust based on Consistency –

Wine Tomatoes – 8 Big, Concassed – Deeseed and Deskinned –

Garnishing Options – Sour Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Heavy Cream.
Sour Cream is my first favourite.
