Chris Boustred, winemaker at Remhoogte Wine Estate, presents Remhoogte’s signature red, the Sir Thomas Cullinan. Produced from 10 terraced rows of Cabernet Sauvignon and merlot, the wine is matured in 80% new French oak for 24 months and has a palette of intense dark fruit, creamy tannin and savoury elements of liquorish. When pairing, this is a big wine and it will stand up to big dishes.
