INGREDIENTS:
– 110 g of room temperature egg whites
– 100 g of almond flour
– 200 g of powdered sugar
– 40 g of refined white sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla concentrate
– 2-3 drops of gel food coloring(if you want a more intense color then add more drops, but max 10 drops)
FILLING INGREDIENTS:
– 45 g of room temperature unsalted butter
– 190 g of room temperature plain cream cheese
– 200 of powdered sugar
– 1 Lime
UTENSILS:
– Make sure your baking pan is thick enough so they won’t burn (when you bake them, place the baking grill on the second to last upper level)
– Parchment
– Simple piping bags that you can cut to your desired size
– A circular object that measures about 3 cm in diameter
