خبز محمص على الطريقة الفرنسية
نقطع الخبز شرائح
نخلط 2 بيض
نضيف 1 م ك سكر فانيليا و 300 مل حليب
في مقلاة نضع م ص زبدة
نغمس شرائح الخبز بخليط البيض ثم نقليه علي الجانبين
نضيف شوية قرفة و سكر
يقدم مع المربي أو العسل أو الشكلاطة
خبز محمص بالكريمة
نخلط على البارد
2 صفار بيض
2 م ك سكر
1/2 لتر حليب
2 م ك نشاء
1 م ك زهر
توضعُ على النار حتي تتكثف و نرى فقاقيع
نضع الكريمة فوق الخبز الذي حضرناه على الطريقة الفرنسية
نرش الفول السوداني وشكلاطة
نتركه يبرد بالثلاجة

French toast
We cut sliced bread
Mix 2 eggs
We add 1 tbs vanilla sugar and 300 ml milk
In a frying pan put a teaspoon butter
Dip the slices of bread with the egg mixture, on both sides
Add a little cinnamon and sugar
Serve with jam, honey or chocolate
French toast with custard

2 egg yolks
2 tbs sugar
1/2 liter milk
2 tbs starch
1 tbs blossom
You put it on the fire until it thickens and we see bubbles
We put the custard on top of the french toast prepared previously
Sprinkle peanuts and chocolates chips
Let it cool down in the refrigerator
