The wine in the video is Franciacorta bought in Vientiane, Laos, where much easier to find various fine wines than in Bangkok.
The only thing in Thailand is, less choice of wines due to extremely high liquor tax…

”Jisui (自炊)” is the Japanese word which means “to do own cooking”
Recently we have moved to Bangkok, Thailand from Tokyo, Japan.
As you know, both country have own unique tradition in their cooking.
We, totally strangers here yet, would like to share our own cooking of our daily life
as a mixture of both cultures.
