French Onion Soup Recipe:

Ingredients:
4 slices Pane Turano
6 large onions, sliced
42 ounces beef broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
4 slices provolone cheese, thick sliced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Toss in the sliced onions, salt, and black pepper.
Cook onions for 20 minutes, no need to stir.
After that, stir often for 20-25 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth, add the garlic, and Worcestershire.
Stir and simmer soup for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, grab your soup cups and cut out bread to fit.
Place bread under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
Ladle soup into cups and place bread, toasted side down, on soup.
Top with a slice of provolone and parmesan cheese.
Place under broiler, 3-5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Grab a spoon and dig in to your French Onion soup.
