Shiloh Shor Barbera is made solely with Merlot grapes, from Shiloh’s selected vineyards. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. Aromas that evoke fresh blueberry, cassis, and mint notes are delicately balanced with scents of vanilla. The palate echoes raspberry, blueberry and richness in tannins, which gives it a long and pleasant finish. Aging will further enhance its taste. To keep its outstanding quality, this wine is not filtered.
