Tasty and Crunchy Toast
Ingredients
French Baguette slices -10 nos
Unsalted Butter. – 3 Tbsp
Crushed garlic. – 1 tsp
Dry Herbs mix
(Oregano and thyme). – 1 tsp
Parsley. – 2 tbsp
Salt
Method
. Mix crushed garlic, dry herbs , parsley and salt into room temperature unsalted butter.
. Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread slices.
. Get it toasted in medium flame.
Note: Always toast it in medium flame
Remove the slices from pan when it turns golden
Take care not to burn the garlic and leaves
Always clean the pan and remove the residues before toasting the next batch.
