Love this Hugh , so glad you're back . I live in France these days …no BBC now , just you tube . Was from Bath and South Hams Devon few decades ago . Wimborne too .. Used to make Hamburgers for my mates in Stoke Newington ( American lecturers at International School , who started up HAMBURGER RESTAURANT IN STOKE NEWINGTON . as a Art Student, I got a free weekends in London in the 70's with my bestie . I was a ceramic specialist , and managed to make hundreds of beefburgers to measure up in seconds ! each one that is lol
