French is alive in Louisiana. We hooked up with Grammy-winning artist Louis Michot ( during Mardi Gras weekend to take five Rosetta Stone learners on a French-immersion tour of his hometown—Arnaudville, LA. We went crawfishing, took a French-spoken brewery tour at Bayou Teche Brewing, practiced speaking French at NUNU Collective’s “French table” and used the Rosetta Stone app to find all the ingredients to make a real gumbo.
