French beans belong to the family of beans.Which are very neutritious it has high fribre,iron & calcium.The fresh beans are tenda & soft and tastier so try to rick the soft ones .Can be prepared with wet masala or dry one.This recipe is simple ,quick and fasty.Try to consume this healthy green vegetable in your meals.
Ingredients
French beans…………………………………… 250 gms
Onion……………………………………………… 2 med.size (chopped)
Oil……………………………………………………2 tbs
Green chilli………………………………………… 1 cut
Coriander leaf……………………………………… few
Garam masala powder…………………………….1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder…………………………………..1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds……………………………………….1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder……………………………………1/2 tsp
Mango powder or amchoor…………………………1/4 tsp
Coriander powder……………………………………1/2 tsp
Salt………………………………………………….. to taste
Method
1)Take a wok,put oil & heat up.
2) Once the oil is hot put cumin seeds,then put onion,green chillis .cook these things until the onion becomes little pink.
3) Add beans,turmeric powder and cook it for 2-3 min.keep stirring.
4) Add salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,mango powder & garam masala powder.Keep stirring all the ingredients cook it for 5-6 min.
5) Your very tasty & healthy beans are ready.
