Egg Masala Toast Recipe:
Bread – 6 Slices
Eggs – 4 nos
Milk – ¼ Cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli – 1 no
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – ¼ tsp
Oil – As Needed
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut the crust of the bread slices and then cut the bread diagonally to form triangle-shaped pieces of bread. Keep aside.
2. In a bowl whisk, milk, egg, coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and pepper.
3. Dip the bread slices in the milk and egg dip and pan fry it.
4. Pan-fry the bread on both sides until the egg is cooked on a medium flame.
5. Serve it hot as a snack.
