RECIPE HERE —

Ingredients
10 slices thick slices of bread
4 eggs
¾ c. whole milk
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Butter for griddle
Toppings: Whipped Cream Fresh Berries and Syrup

Instructions
Preheat a non-stick griddle to 350 degrees F. You can also use a large non-stick skillet on medium low heat).
In a large shallow dish (I like to use a pie plate) whisk all the ingredients except the bread.
Butter griddle right before you add the bread.
Dip the bread slices, one at a time, into the egg mixture dredging them so they are coated on both sides. Place on hot, greased griddle or skillet.
Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes, then flip over and cook the opposite side until golden brown, about 2 minutes longer.
Remove to a plate and keep warm or serve immediately with desired toppings.
