This is a tried and true delicious blueberry cream cheese french toast recipe, it doesn’t take any time to prepare the night before and you just put it in the oven in the morning and enjoy with family and friends, Sunday brunch or any occasion.

You can make it any size from an 8X8 to 9X13 or even larger.

I make it on Sundays and package it up for my breakfast at my office during the week, it reheats up wonderfully in the microwave.

You can use any bread you wish either stale or fresh and still taste great.

Ingredients 9X9 baking dish:
Bread, amount varies according to size of bread
Cream cheese aprox. 4 oz
Blueberries aprox. 1 cup
Eggs 7 large
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Maple syrup 2 tablespoons
Heavy cream 1/2 to 3/4 cup

For 9X13 baking dish increase eggs to 12, cream cheese to 8 ounces, blueberries to 2 cups, vanilla extract to 2 teaspoons, maple syrup 1/4 cup and milk 1 to 1-1/4 cup.

Baking time for 9X13 is the same as 9X9
