Delicious now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
The alcohol is nicely integrated already, although not as high as typically from this region.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

May I ask why open now? I’m down to 1-2 bottles in current supply, and I think they’re both 2010. I drank the 2013 last year and it was comically amazing.

As you finish pouring, twist the bottle while tilting it back upright. Doing this will prevent the drips.

I do enjoy Opus One, but would struggle to pay $450 for a tougher vintage. Especially with the 2016 available online for less.
