Roussillon, from the far end of the Agly valley. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Syrah. Manual harvest, indigenous yeasts, unfiltered. No obvious wine faults except for a slightly oxydative nose, what I consider a stylistic choice. Hints of pear. Medium strong body on the palate. Medium finish. Good acidity. Nice.
Great value at around 12€.
