While you work on that, these are my tips: in the bedroom, consider rotating the bed so the headboard is by the wall where the clothes rack are now. Can you build a shelf on top of the cabinets at the corner of the two walls for your clothes?
For the living room, rotate the couch so that its back is facing your bedroom and the couch itself is facing the fireplace. Move the TV on top of the cabinets/wainscoting. I think it’t better to face the fireplace area than the bedroom.
