Probably not an exciting bottle to hear notes about and I am no expert. Enjoyed the hell out of this as an affordable champagene adjacent fix, to go with a guilty pleasure meal (homemade chicken fingers and freshcut fries.)
Creamy, lasting bubbles. Nice acidity. Some toasty bread notes and enough red berry fruit to stay interesting, maybe some grapefruit. Serve chilled with honey mustard.
