Wow. This was a pickup from an Acker lot. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this wine is delicious, albeit in doses. Maple Syrup like texture and flavor, on top of apricots, peaches, orange marmalade, and creme brûlée. A long finish on the palette, but I found myself reaching for ice water after. I drank this on its own after dinner, I couldn’t imagine pairing it because this wine has such a heft.
