The first photo is my AI mock up the second is my template for height and size (not exact horizontal placement, everything will be centered over the toilet. This is just a quick template). What do we think? Would you change anything? Should the frame be larger? For reference, the frame is 20 x 16 inches and the shelf is 24 inches wide.
