This looks like laminate to me. It looks like a wood veneer and does not have a plastic look or texture on close inspection. I’d gently press on it with my fingernail, and see how much “rebound” there is, which will be subtle. The seams also look like a veneer to me. I could be wrong, but I’d bet that I’m correct.
