What’s the point of having an all Italian wine list if you’re just gonna put up this (mostly) garbage. I wanted a glass of wine. I work in the industry. I want to support wine. I ordered a cocktail.
My friends always look at me funny when I order a beer or cocktail because they see me as a wine guy. This is usually the reason. Most places don’t have good wine.

You sitting at the bar drinking a vodka martini (what else do winos drink) just fuming at this list. Literally incomprehensible they’d do this!

I’m going to assume you are not in Italy.
This doesn’t seem “criminal” to me at all. Is it mostly big name producers? Sure, but to the average person who doesn’t know Italian wine outside of Chianti and Pinot Grigio, this is totally fine. Based on the pricing, that’s who they are catering towards.
The Frescobaldi is good, Querciabella is solid and the glera on draft is $8.00.
Give the place a break – at least they’re trying. Would have been easy for them to slap Santa Margherita, KJ and La Crema on there and call it a day. It’s a few steps up from that.
