This gorgeous Anthropologie cabinet that is out of stock and very expensive (originally $1400) is selling for half the price on Amazon, Wayfair, and even Best Buy. The dimensions and materials are the same. Is this some kind of dupe? Why would all these more discounted sites suddenly have this unique item? Seems too good to be true.

Likely 3rd party seller of a temu-esque version. Don’t waste your money.
Might be a dupe, hard to tell without looking directly at the Amazon or wayfair page
Many, many, many retailers buy from the same manufacturers. It’s the same product from the same factory with different names and price points at different retailers. Even from retailer like Crate & Barrel look on their website how few of their furniture pieces are marked “Crate & Barrel exclusive.” Everything else is available somewhere else. There’s even a tool you can help identify this across websites called Spoken.io
It could be a dupe or replica. Some manufacturers copy popular designs once they become trendy.
I found the same tile sold by thesmarttiles.com at their site, home depot and way fair. Wayfair was more than double thr cost of direct.
