Ingredients • 4 slices of bread (thicker slices work best) • ½ cup milk • 2 tbsp powdered sugar • ½ tsp vanilla essence • 1 tbsp custard powder • Butter for toasting
Method 1. Whisk together milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and custard powder until smooth. 2. Dip the bread slices nicely into the mixture. 3. Toast on low to medium heat with butter until golden brown and crispy. 4. For the filling, mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with a little milk to make a lava-like consistency. 5. Layer the toast with the Biscoff mixture, add another slice, and repeat for that gooey center.
