Most people love #rosé I’ve always been on the fence about it. This rose was a bit of surprise to me – it was dry and pairs great with food. Being from Cotes du Provence, I wasn’t expecting much but it’s blend of 5 red varietals and 1 white, plus slight salinity make for a drinkable #wine with food. Without food – it’s only ok.
